About the role
As an HR Manager at Dhami Global, you will lead talent operations, workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational compliance across our parent structure and venture operations. You will build high-performing teams, shape organizational culture, and manage complete HR lifecycles.
Roles and responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end human resource operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
- Implement standardized HR policies, evaluation matrices, key performance indicators (KPIs), and clear career growth frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory labor laws, payroll administration, employee documentation, CIT/insurance enrollments, and contracts.
- Manage remote/hybrid team administration, employee wellness initiatives, and constructive dispute resolution procedures.
- Work directly with group executive leadership to align workforce planning and organizational structure with corporate goals.
Must have
- 2+ years of progressive HR leadership/management experience, preferably in technology, agency, or multi-venture environments.
- Deep knowledge of labor compliance, employment contracts, performance management systems, and compensation structures.
- Proven track record in handling sensitive employee records, compliance documentation, and workplace policies with complete integrity.
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal corporate communication capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience managing HR operations for hybrid or fully remote teams spread across different locations.
- Familiarity with modern HR Tech platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and automated HRIS platforms.
- Experience overseeing workforce expansion in fast-growing tech or professional services companies.
