About the role
As an Operations Manager at Dhami Global, you will manage day-to-day business operations, cross-functional project execution, vendor relationships, and process efficiency across our operating entities. You will ensure smooth execution, strict record accuracy, and operational agility.
Roles and responsibilities
- Supervise operational workflows, administrative budgets, vendor contracts, facility setups, and resource management across business units.
- Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost cross-department productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate corporate logistics, lease agreements, asset/inventory management, and operational transitions.
- Drive operational efficiency between product, technology, recruitment, and marketing divisions to ensure timelines are met.
- Serve as a central point of contact for external vendors, utility providers, legal documentation, and operational reporting to group leadership.
Must have
- 2+ years of proven experience in operations management, corporate administration, or operational strategy.
- Strong track record in process optimization, budget administration, SOP creation, and vendor negotiation.
- High analytical rigour, exceptional attention to mathematical/administrative detail, and strong crisis management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain structured reporting frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience managing operations in multi-company corporate groups, tech firms, or fast-growing enterprise hubs.
- Familiarity with operational transition management (e.g., migrating to remote operations, office liquidation, or asset tracking).
- Proficiency with project management systems (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion) and spreadsheet modeling.
