About the role
As a Software Developer (Mid-to-Senior Level) at Dhami Global, you will engineer scalable, high-performance web applications and backend architectures that power our ecosystem platforms. You will write clean, production-grade code, integrate modern API architectures, and ensure seamless system execution across our technology platforms.
Roles and responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack features and API infrastructure across core products like HireOrbit and related ecosystem applications.
- Architect and maintain microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and database schemes for optimal speed, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX engineers, AI engineers, and product managers to execute clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, implement unit/integration testing routines, and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Troubleshoot system bottlenecks, refactor legacy components, and maintain high standards of code hygiene.
Must have
- 3+ years of full-stack or backend/frontend software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js), or languages like Python / Go.
- Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and database optimization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean), containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
Nice to have
- Experience developing SaaS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or HR tech solutions.
- Understanding of system design for multi-tenant applications and enterprise software security standards.
- Exposure to building or consuming REST endpoints interfacing with LLM services or AI models.
